Mark Raven

Mark is a construction specialist with over 40 years’ experience in project management, estimating and cost verification for government authorities, construction companies, public authorities and legal companies.

He has provided a variety of assignments for both the building and infrastructure sectors in areas of expertise such as estimates and tenders, project planning, project management and systems control, construction methodology and feasibility, project costing and control, contractual and progress claims, quality and cost verification, project supervision, auditing and independent opinions. 

Mark is highly proficient in the use of all software used by RMS for Estimating such as the Microsoft suite of programs: Word; Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint; Access, and Project.

Mark has developed an extensive internal cost data base which is used in the preparation of all first principles estimates.

Mark is highly proficient in the application of the suite of RMS procedures and was involved in the drafting of the RMS Estimating Manual.
