Eduardo has 26 years’ experience in civil, water, sewer and pumping station construction. He has gained knowledge working on contracts for Roads & Maritime Services, various Water Authorities including Hunter Water and Sydney Water, Local Government Authorities, developers and a number of Alliance projects.
Eduardo has worked on major construction projects in NSW and QLD and has worked on tenders for projects in every Australian State and Territory. Eduardo has proven management ability and high level analytical and problem-solving skills, including well developed contract and project management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage a team. The projects that Eduardo has worked on require developed written and verbal communication skills with an ability to deal tactfully and effectively with people at all levels from the client, residents, business owners, designers, principal contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
In recent years as the Authorised Delegate on RMS GC21 projects, Eduardo has been responsible for the site management of RMS projects including assessing SWMSs, traffic control plans, programs, payment claims and variations.
Eduardo’s contract administration experience includes three of his projects going to expert determination where he has achieved a favourable outcome on all three matters. On two occasions he worked on behalf of the contractor while on the third he worked for TfNSW. In 2022, Eduardo delivered enabling road works at Western Sydney Airport for the Sydney Metro precast yards.
