Adam Hillard is Director and a Lead Geometric Designer for CCHD. With over 22 years’ experience in the investigation and design of infrastructure projects. Adam has held engineering design positions within the Roads and Traffic Authority (TfNSW) and local governments as well as the private sector. Adam has lead designs through strategic, concept and detailed design phases as well as completing construction phase support and design review and verification.
Throughout Adams career he has gained knowledge and experience in many facets of civil design with experience ranging from design of major urban motorways, freeway alignment and interchange design, tunnel and bridge design to local roads, subdivisions and carparks.
Although diverse, the majority of Adams career has been within the field of major infrastructure, primarily geometric design of major urban motorway and highways for the Transport for NSW. This experience has highlighted the importance of achieving project objectives while considering constructability and project staging from the initial strategic design phase.
Now a part of CCHD, Adam originally established Hillard Civil in 2008 to provide Design Services and technical assistance to the RMS and has consistently demonstrates capability for the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
