Tarkan is an Estimating Manager at CCHD with over 12 years of experience. Tarkan has experience as a Site Engineer for Civil/Commercial Construction Companies, and more recently as an Associate Consultant within Infrastructure Advisory Firms. During his tenure at CCHD, Tarkan has completed estimates and assisted clients on the delivery of project estimates for a variety of infrastructure projects.
Throughout Tarkan’s career, his estimating and construction knowledge skills have developed to expert level and been widely sought after. Tarkan’s skills have developed through extensive work with contractors, designers and developers on multiple infrastructure projects through all stages of a project, from feasibility, to strategic, concept, detail design and construction.
Tarkan has experience in completing lead roles on projects, ranging from small intersection upgrades to mega projects such as the WestConnex, West Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link.
