TfNSW are planning an upgrade of the Pacific Highway upgrade through Wyong Town Centre. The upgrade consists of the provision of two lanes in both direction from Johnson Road at Tuggerah, through to Wyong Town Centre with the replacement of Wyong River road bridge to two new road bridges. The project aims to improve road safety for all road users, improve traffic flow through Wyong Town Centre, provide improved active transport facilities and ensure compatibility with current and future transport services. CCHD has had an extensive role in supporting TfNSW on this project by provide the following services:
- Project management throughout strategic design phase
- Strategic Design options along the existing alignment and bypass options
- Assessment of preferred option
- Preparation of tender documents
- Cost estimation
- Construction staging
- Preliminary environmental investigation
